The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) maintains a Web
site on SCHIP that contains a broad array of information including background
materials on the passage of SCHIP (also known as Title XXI), regulations,
state plan information, and enrollment information. The Maryland Children’s Health Program (MCHIP) Web site contains
basic information on the State of Maryland’s Children’s Health
Program, including information on eligibility, services, and applications.
It also links to application information and forms as well as an income
guide.
