Off-Campus Events

Can’t make it to campus?

Visit virtually through Hopkins Interactive or take a look at campus with our virtual tour!

While visiting the Homewood campus is the best way to get a feel for Johns Hopkins, we know that’s not always possible. If you can’t make it to Baltimore, sign up on our mailing list and check back to see if we’ll be coming to a venue near you!

Applicants may also request an optional alumni interview, subject to availability.

College Fairs

Johns Hopkins Admissions representatives and alumni attend a number of local, regional, national, and international college fairs each fall and spring.

Alumni Interviews

Alumni interviews, like on-campus interviews, are an optional and informational part of the application process and are offered for current applicants only. Available in certain areas nationally, and in more limited areas globally, they provide the opportunity to meet one-on-one with a Johns Hopkins admissions volunteer. Like on-campus interviews, alumni interviews are not a required part of the application process and are by request only.

Interviews typically address your academic background, goals, interests, and what you would contribute to the campus community. These conversations will also allow you to ask questions of your interviewer and learn about his/her Johns Hopkins experience.

Click here to request an alumni interview near you. Please note that it may take a few weeks to match you with an alumni interviewer, and that students who have applied Early Decision will be matched before those applying during the Regular Decision process.
